On December 8, 2025, Lentewenc employees took part in an unique Christmas team-building meeting. This time, we stepped away from our daily duties and intensive exhibition projects to spend time together in a creative and calm atmosphere that encouraged conversations and strengthened relationships outside of work.
Creative ceramic workshops at Sztukarnia
The meeting took place at Sztukarnia, located in a beautiful pre-war villa in the atmospheric district of Mokotów, at 60 Odolańska Street in Warsaw. The charming interiors and intimate space encouraged relaxation, conversations, and focus on the creative process.
Each employee had the opportunity to handcraft a mug or bowl from clay and then paint it according to their own design. For many, it was their first experience with ceramics, which quickly turned out to be an excellent form of relaxation and great fun.
A moment of respite after an intense period
The workshops were an opportunity for our team to take a breather after the busy autumn exhibition season and a chance to slow down before the upcoming holidays. Working with clay allowed us to momentarily detach from deadlines and projects, focusing on the here and now.
Integration beyond exhibition projects
Jointly molding and painting ceramics created a space for natural team integration, conversations, and laughter. It was a perfect occasion to do something together outside of exhibition projects and daily duties, all in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
This event will have its continuation, as in January or February 2026 our works will be fired, and the finished mugs and bowls will be delivered to the Lentewenc office. Thanks to this, we will be able to enjoy them every day, drinking coffee or tea from vessels we created ourselves, as a pleasant reminder of our shared Christmas meeting.
Such initiatives are an important element of building our team and company culture. We thank all participants for their presence, creativity, and fantastic atmosphere. We look forward to more shared moments!
