For two days (May 27–29, 2025), the Lentewenc team took part in an unforgettable integration trip to the picturesque Masuria region. The trip was a unique opportunity to strengthen bonds, especially with our colleagues from Moldova, who are responsible for organizing the TransLogistica Romania exhibition. How did we spend these two days?
Sailing together on Polish lakes
Our trip program began with arrival at Stranda in Giżycko – a holiday resort located directly on the Tracz Bay of Lake Kisajno, just 1.5 km from the center of Giżycko. There was time for quick shopping, dinner at a nearby tavern, and the first team meeting, during which the management and board shared company updates with us. The day ended with a joint celebration by the bonfire, filled with music, games, and conversations in an out-of-office atmosphere.
The next day started with dividing us into groups and assigning us to specific yachts. We were introduced to the basics of sailing and ready to set off – a full-day crossing of the lake awaited us. Under the guidance of experienced skippers, the teams worked together to steer and manage the boats. It was an excellent exercise in communication, trust, and collaboration.
In the evening, the Lentewenc team gathered again by a cozy bonfire with music. The integration was also a great opportunity to celebrate 5- and 10-year work anniversaries of our employees at Lentewenc.
The trip certainly recharged our batteries after the demanding April projects and confirmed that as a team, we can achieve success. Even outside of work!
